Recently, our company launched a new type of sewage treatment plant adopting MBR process. The device adopts flat ceramic membrane filtration technology, which has the characteristics of small volume, less sludge output, good effluent quality, stable effluent quality, high automation, simple operation, low energy consumption, low operation cost, no need of chemical disinfection, more environmental protection, etc. The pore size of ceramic membrane is about 0.1 μ m, which can effectively isolate thermotolerant coliform and suspended solids. The effluent is clear and intuitive, and the effect is visible to the naked eye.
On July 1, 2018, China began to implement the new national environmental protection standard, 《Emission Control Standard For Water Pollutants From Ships 》(GB 3552-2018). At the same time, countries and ports pay more attention to the inspection of domestic sewage discharge, which has brought great challenges to the management of domestic sewage from ships. Therefore, based on the development direction of water pollution prevention and control, adhering to the advanced concept of environmental protection, in-depth research, combined with the research results of relevant universities and research institutes, we have developed and designed a new MBR sewage treatment plant. The device is designed, tested and manufactured in accordance with the resolution MEPC.227 (64) of the international maritime organization, and meets the requirements of China's national environmental protection standard, 《Emission Control Standard For Water Pollutants From Ships 》(GB 3552-2018). It has various classification society certificates, EU MED certificate and meets the requirements of USCG. The device is not only suitable for the ship and marine engineering industry, but also can be used in colleges, enterprises, islands, scenic spots, high-speed service stations, hotel buildings and other places to build a distributed sewage treatment system based on its small size and high automation.
